Hi, Ian here, thanks for visiting my Superman Exercise website.

I expect you’re here because, like I was, you’re not happy with how your body looks. Your exercise fitness and core strength are below par or non-existent and muscle gain is a distant dream.

Also, probably like you, I was looking at the Superman Exercise program expecting to achieve some muscle gain and being able to increase my core strength, and hopefully, gain a physique like Superman’s — to impress the girlfriend or women generally.

And whilst the Superman Exercise program was of some value, like a lot of people I work with and talk to in my profession as a qualified Personal Trainer, I found it too repetitive, boring, and lacking that oomph factor. It just didn’t provide what I wanted. It was basic… and I had to go beyond the basics demonstrated in the videos.

You’re probably thinking (and you’re right) that repetition is an important ingredient of the fitness exercise mix and plays a major role in attaining core strength and the generating and maintenance of muscle gain. However, I was looking for something exciting, something that I would look forward to every day – and I found it… Muscle Maximizer !!!

NOTE: I promise I won’t be offended if you’d prefer to save time by not reading the rest of my post because you want to find out now why I found Muscle Maximizer so exciting and why it worked for me…

I’ve written this post after following the various Superman Exercise workouts in an effort to keep up my fitness exercise, build my core strength and improve muscle gain.  Not that I want to be a super hero, just present an obvious healthy well-being, and the right body image to my clientele.

Unfortunately, it wasn’t enough !!

As a fitness exercise fanatic since I was 12 years old, and full-time Personal Trainer for the past 7 years, I believed I knew it all.

Well, let me tell you… I didn’t !!!

I’m a natural ectomorph, it didn’t matter what I ate or how much, I just stayed slim. My fitness exercise and core strength routines produced some muscle definition but there was no head-turning muscle gain. There was no way I could fill out a t-shirt, and though I had a flat belly, my six-pack was barely discernable.

I became convinced that the Superman Exercise regime would solve my dilemma, but despite a dogged adherence to the training videos there was no muscle gain and no bumps that could be mistaken for abs.

Sure, I knew that diet played an important part and that you had to eat the right foods, but I never realised how important it was and what the right foods really were until I came across Kyle Leon’s website.

An expert in fitness exercise, core strength, and muscle gain; as well as being a nutrition adviser, Kyle has developed a system that will make your dream come true.

What I particularly like about Kyle’s program is that it’s for everybody, no matter your body shape, whether you’re thin or fat, or how old you are… because it allows you to customize the program to suit your body-type, weight, height, age, and level of ability.

The primary reason that the rewards come fast is that the program has two complementary prongs: a satisfying, customized and balanced diet (which is definitely not one of those “same-old” unimaginative and boring starvation regimes) and a customized strength-training timetable.

You will be educated about your body’s needs with regard to what you should eat and when, and your fitness exercise duration.

Muscle Gain  is the end game, but Muscle Maximizer will also pin-point if you need to gain or lose weight. As I said at the start… “It’s exciting!!!”

Your program is shaped to fit your exact fitness exercise requirements, nutritional needs and maintenance of muscle gain.

It’s designed specifically and especially to suit you !!!

BUT !!!…  It’s not for lazybones !!!

There’s no easy way to improve  your exercise fitness, achieve core strength, and build muscle gain, so click off now if you’re not willing or if you know you don’t have the self-discipline to go the whole nine yards.

For those of you who are serious about attaining a fit, sculptured, muscular body, and want to achieve results in a few weeks, then Muscle Maximizer should be what you are looking for.

It will help you attain your goals as long as you have the discipline and willpower to follow the program it particularizes just for you!

Also included (at no extra cost) are 4 very valuable bonuses and an unlimited upgrade program.

Even better, it comes with a risk free, 60-day money back guarantee!!

Okay, so I’ve given you all the information I have on this. It’s now up to you to you to make the changes yourself so you can feel as good as I do. My biggest regret is that I didn’t find Muscle Maximizer sooner.

Yours in fitness and muscle definition,

Ian.

A couple of long-time friends of mine – around my age (I’m 32) – had potbellies; worse than that, they had love handles too. Fitness Exercise wasn’t in their vocabularies neither was Core Strength or Muscle Gain.

In his younger days, one had been naturally muscular, a star athlete and footballer at college, never short of a date. He was smart too (he’s now a successful lawyer with a large firm) and married a wonderful girl some five years ago. However, his success in the corporate legal world had him bordering on being obese. Too many long lunches and too little exercise (if any). Superman Exercise was a foreign language as far as he was concerned, let alone fitness exercise, core strength, or muscle gain.

The other one was never going to make the high school or college team in anything active, but he did captain the chess team and was always in the top two in class. He had a great personality, and was the editor of the college newspaper. He’s now doing well in public relations.

He’d always had a weight problem, peaking at 270 pounds a few months ago: too much of the wrong foods and no exercise! At only 5’ 8” that’s morbidly obese, which is what his doctor told him when he went for his annual insurance check-up.

He was the first of the two to ask me for advice. I explained that the challenge was in his being able to commit to the schedule and disciplines involved; that there was no ‘silver bullet’; and that he needed to set goals for fitness exercise, core strength and muscle gain, none of which would be achieved overnight.

He said he could do it!

After 8 weeks he’d dropped 70 pounds and had reasonable muscle gain. At 12 weeks he’d reached his goal of 160 pounds, and he couldn’t believe how good his fitness exercise levels and core strength were. Not only that, his new-found energy and body shape stimulated a confidence that helped him take his business to new heights.

A couple of months ago, the married one confided to me (as buddies do) that before he began the Muscle Maximizer program, his wife had made clear that his performance in the cot was fast becoming a turn-off. Now, however, the romance in his marriage has been rekindled. He reached his goals in just over 9 weeks, but again it was a matter of sticking at it. (His wife was no longer complaining.)

Generally, I’m not really comfortable promoting products or services, particularly to friends. However, these were two special buddies who I’ve known since we were teenagers, and both had a desperate need to make a change.

BUT,  things don’t always work out, and a couple of clients of mine were abject failures… both for me as a PT and themselves as far as achieving their goals with Muscle Maximizer.

Why? Because they weren’t serious, or at least dedicated and disciplined enough. I still see them around, and there are no hard feelings.

BUT you have got to want to do it… whether its lose the belly fat and gain muscle, or if you’re just seeking better exercise fitness or increased core strength and muscle gain.

It’s up to YOU !!
